Refund Policy

This policy applies to MacSweep Advanced and MacSweep Pro purchases. Purchases are processed by Gumroad, and Gumroad's payment-processing and dispute rules also apply.

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if MacSweep does not work materially as described and we cannot help resolve the issue within a reasonable support exchange.

Data Loss and Cleanup Results

MacSweep is a review-first cleanup utility. You are responsible for reviewing selected items and maintaining backups before confirming cleanup. Refunds are not a substitute for file recovery, backup, or data-loss compensation.

License Revocation After Refund

If a refund is issued, the related license may be revoked and may stop unlocking paid features. You must stop using the refunded license.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@macsweep.app from the purchase email address. Include your Gumroad receipt, purchase email, license tier, MacSweep version, macOS version, and a short description of the issue.

Processor Rules

Gumroad may apply its own refund, chargeback, and payment-processing rules. Gumroad may also issue refunds at its discretion under its platform policies.
